I am an emergency management specialist following 15 years of frontline policing with the South Australian Police Department.Throughout my service, I have extensive experience in leading and managing teams of up to 20 people and responsibility for assets – including equipment and property - with a value exceeding a million dollars.I have a deep awareness of legal, regulatory and policy frameworks and am dedicated to applying such frameworks in order to secure best outcomes for communities, government and wider society.I have developed community wide crime prevention programs; written operational orders for large community events and run emergency response scenarios involving internal and external stakeholders.I understand the importance of stakeholder and community engagement and have developed and executed effective engagement strategies accordingly.
