Monitors Oncenter Complex buildings and activities through a system of closed circuit televisions. Alerts Security management and/or other Security personnel to investigate should anything be observed out oforder. Responds to fire alarm systems by investigating and notifying appropriate personnel and authorities. Makes routine rounds of the facility to ensure buildings and contents are secured and to observe buildingactivities according to established procedures. Greets and provides employment applications and other pertinent information to applicants. Provides swipe cards and sign in sheets for employees of designated departments as the employees enterand depart from work. Provides accident report forms to and takes reports from employees injured on the job. Investigates and completes reports on all incidents that occur in the Complex such as property damage,accidents resulting in injury. Distributes paychecks to Oncenter employees. Receives telephone calls to the Oncenter after business hours. Receives incoming calls to supervisors andemployees. Relays important messages. Receive and log deliveries for Oncenter staff. May assist clients and vendors with items being delivered to the Complex. Maintains a log of all accepteddeliveries. Maintains Lost and Found. Logs in items to be secured in the safe.
