Responsible for the development, coordination, administration and delivery of education and training programs. Responsible for assessing training and knowledge needs, and evaluating learning and performance effectiveness to assure business needs are met. Conduct numerous training sessions on various topics. Ensures records on all training are maintained. Coordinates trainers and training rooms. Responsible for training equipment and materials. Makes recommendations on any training related system upgrades, new technology, etc. Highest level will work with management on the development of strategic learning needs. Other duties as assigned.

Manages day to day activity of a Branch with regards to personnel, operations, sales and service, and oversees the operations and regulatory compliance. Manages hiring, performance management, employee development, reviewing and counseling of staff, and terminations. Responsible for the expansion of existing business relationships, the development of new business, and calling on both new and existing clients. Responsible for the retention and expansion of existing customer relationships and the management of retail services Branch to achieve volume and profitability objectives for the Bank. Directs, implements, and participates in all activities related to opening and servicing deposit accounts, applications for consumer credit, marketing, and cross-selling retail banking services. Develops and manages the annual budget for the Branch. Supports and upholds employment policies, including EEOC and Affirmative Action, Bank and Branch goals, objectives, and regulations. Communicates and manages promotional campaigns and product initiatives. Participates in community organizations/activities to promote a positive corporate image. Responsible for meeting or exceeding established sales goals. Other duties as assigned.
