I am employed at Heggies Pizza, and I mostly clean the floors/change full garbages or cardboard containers. (Hence the title, "San-Man" 😏) Generally, I spend less than an hour "on the line," or actually manufacturing pizzas. When I AM on the line, they usually put me on the cheese applicator, or 'cheeser,' or a job misleading called, "poking pep." It's more like, "pizza beautification," as that's essentially what you're doing: 'beautifying' the pizzas: making sure the pepperoni slices aren't hanging off the edge of the pizza, or poking up too much, while also making sure the pizzas are centered on the circles, and the sauce isn't ON the edge of the pizza. Gotta leave room for a bare crust! (However small!)

Scanning/filing papers, entering file names on the computer; filling in as receptionist/phone answer-er; any other random office-related job they could find for me. Limited in my duties, such that I was disallowed from doing ANYTHING for the Union (the 'bargaining unit'), including hunting down missing gauges, cleaning the shop floors, or any machinery on the floor, etc.

Taping coils of copper wire with a mica tape, then sometimes finishing with a black, "conductive tape."

Developed compensatory strategies to make up for what I am lacking memory-wise. (E.g., using a planner to keep track of appointments)

Various landscaping duties, from building rock walls, to installing landscaping plants, to prepping trees for winter "on the back 40."

The beginning of my landscaping "career," working for my uncle, implementing and learning various tricks of the trade, such as how best to lay sod, to when and where to dig holes for irrigation systems.
