My responsibilities as a project manager included, estimating the potential project. Estimating the projected included physical measurement then calling suppliers for pricing and putting together the bid package. Following-up with the contractor after the bid date. Working with property management companies, architects, and general contractors in building relationships and negotiating projects. Once a projected was awarded I was in charge of ordering the product and scheduling the installers making sure that the product arrived in time and then managing the installation insuring that we stuck to the time line laid out by the contractor. I was also in charge of invoicing the client once the project was completed and following up until payment was received.
