Family Coach
Current- Oversee daily operations and shifts for up to eight clients, ensuring strict adherence to schedules for Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services (PRS) groups and individual requirements.- Conduct family coaching sessions, ensuring punctuality and effective scheduling to maximize the impact of each session.- Manage a diverse caseload of over eight clients, delivering ten hours of coaching per month while maintaining meticulous and accurate session notes to track progress and outcomes.- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), actively leading group sessions for over eight hours each month to foster growth and development among clients.- Provide safe transportation for clients to essential appointments, including medical visits, educational commitments, and court hearings, ensuring their timely attendance and access to necessary services.- Foster open and consistent communication channels with case workers and the clinical team, ensuring seamless coordination of care and support for clients' needs.- Regularly participate in clinical meetings, offering valuable insights and maintaining clear and consistent messaging to support the team's objectives and enhance client outcomes.
