I started studying at the LYIT in September 2017, studying Applied Computing as I’ve always been fascinated by the principles of how computers work. During my studies, I worked part-time in a local shop. This experience has taught me valuable interpersonal skills which I feel will aid my development in the future. I am particularly strong at mathematics and java programming, however I hope to acquire and strengthen a vast array of other skills as I progress through my career. I am comfortable working in a group or by myself, whatever the project requires.
