Senior Technical Account Manager
Current- Responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with multiple Fortune 100 clients in a wide field of industries
- Drive last minute changes to meet high pressure demands, including the right technical trade-offs between long-term objectives and short-term needs while executing plans to completion
- Work closely with various internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot and implement changes effectively on multiple, widely diversified computer platforms
- Manage and monitor project schedules, scope of work, resource allocation, risk assessment, vendor contacts, work breakdown and implementation schedules for platform upgrades and modifications
- Work closely with sales, operations, development and engineering teams via multiple communication platforms. Slack along with Confluence and JIRA tracking are often used to facilitate this
- Initiate meetings with technology vendors and external partners to translate business processes into technical system requirements
