Gained valuable knowledge and experience working in Accounts Payable using both SAP and Oracle systems.Developed strong problem solving skills and had extensive contact with vendors helping to successfully handle billing inquiries to their satisfaction.Handled nearly 1,500 monthly utility accounts for over 75 companies across the country while leading the Corporate A/P area in keying statistics.Created a 40 page power point for Oxy that is now used as the template for how to successfully handle the Corporate Utility responsibilities in Dallas and Houston.Traveled within Texas to train other Oxy employees in areas that were being restructured to Houston.Maintained Excel spreadsheets used every day for the Corporate Utility and Phone areas.
