Responsible for introduction and development of HHgregg international Export shipping program established in the Miami, Florida market.

Support Sales staff on the floor by continually coaching, motivating, and training. Observe sales associates and give concise feedback for continuous improvement. Develop individual sales goals. Conduct daily sales meetings, including but not limited to introduction of new product, modification of product, price updates, discontinued product, and upcoming promotions. Report and discuss sales analysis, goals, and issues with upper management. Schedules sales floor to ensure full coverage.
