Information Technology Department

In this role, I supported the computer technology at Arsenal Technical High School, Crispus Attucks High School and Harshman Middle School. This included resolving maintenance incidents on staff devices upon request, ensuring student devices are available for distribution, and preparing labs and classrooms for testing and instruction.

Unified Student Supports Department

My role is to develop, prepare, and deliver technology solutions that enhance students with special needs abilities to access their educational curriculum and classroom. The equipment used is specified in the student’s Individual Education Plan (IEP). By using this technology, students achieve greater independence within their educational environment.

Arsenal Technical High School

For 14 years, my main function has been to help students develop habits that will lead to success in the classroom and in life. I accomplish this by working closely with parents, teachers, and administrators; by calling homes for student issues; by attending and participating in staff meetings; and by using Microsoft Office to maintain contact logs.
