Delivering strategic, onsite leadership for a multi skilled consultancy team.• Manage the on boarding, service delivery and development of multiple major customers. • Engaging with customer to understand and gather requirements as well as building, presenting, and delivering bespoke business solutions to maximise profitability and SLA’s.• Contract Recruitment including oversight of Executive Search, Qualification, Interview, and induction of technical, digital and management consultants across the entire IT spectrum. • Service Management of an SOW based consultancy programme.• Drive the service delivery and talent acquisition teams to ensure we’re offering the best possible service and solutions at a competitive cost and in line with SLA’s. • Lead periodic service reviews with client’s and consultants to develop and implement service improvement plans. • On-site presence for: project/ service reviews, Process Improvement, Project delivery and customer satisfaction.
