All investor capital was returned in February of 2024 following a major rally in the underlying asset prices of the portfolio allowing for the company to take profit at price points that made sense for the company and investors. All investors received back their initial principal and collected all interest payments in line with the memorandum. Successfully raised $250,000 from outside investors in a debut Reg D 506(c) debt offering. Omnitrax, a Broe Group operating business, is a short line railroad holdings company operating over 20 rails throughout the US & Canada. In this role I was in charge of liquidity & debt management as well as interest rate & commodity hedging through the use of collars & swaps. Debt management included quarterly bank covenant compliance preparation and submission to the bank syndicate. Ancillary responsibilities included cash & leverage forecasting as well as modeling interest rate & commodity exposure hedging strategies & modeling for the repricing of credit.
