To accurately receive, process and co-ordinate all manifests/load-out list pertaining to inbound and outbound material flow and warehouse stock movements in accordance with customer or company requirements. Liaising with quayside personnel and relevant departments ensuring quality customer service at all times. Resolving discrepancies applicable to the team and highlighting these to onshore and offshore departments. Ensuring documentation for all explosives, radioactive and other dangerous goods materials are completed in accordance with company procedures. Ensuring that safe working practices are adhered to at all times. Complete daily statistics and information in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsible for conducting Tool Box talks. Overseeing and inspecting all cargo loading and discharging from vessels at quayside, in compliance with all company procedures. Ensuring all paperwork to be accurate and resolving discrepancies.
