Planned and managed events from inquiry through execution. Prepared all necessary documents including contracts, proposals, confirmations, banquet event orders, and event layouts. Planned and managed a range of events such as weddings, corporate conferences, banquets, and meetings. Served as opening and closing manager on duty, managing a team of in-house service staff, as well as outside vendors. Utilized Event Management Systems for event planning, as well as Meeting Matrix for venue designs and layouts. Developed professionally working with CMP, CMM, and CTA certified co-workers.

Assisted Special Events Director with a range events over the course of ArtPrize 2014. Event attendance ranged from 50-1000+. Guests included sponsors, artists, VIPs and general public.

Led riding trips for campers ranging from half-day rides to week-long pack horse trips. Also cared for a herd of over 150 horses and maintained daily barn and ranch chores.
