The Commercial Leadership Program (CLP); a global talent pipeline for GE, is a two-year rotational program that supports the rapid development of commercial operations, marketing, and sales skills at GE. The program provides the technical expertise of a digital industrial company with the functional skills that are critical to success in all GE businesses. 4th Rotation: Vancouver, WA - Hybrid Sales/Technical Proposal Manager (May 2017 - August 2017) - In charge of developing technical proposals and Job Cost Estimates for customers by working with both the Commercial and Operations team to offer the best solution. - Maintain customer relationships throughout bidding process and making sure all customer needs are met.3rd Rotation: Anaheim, CA - Technical Proposal Manager (Oct 2016 - May 2017) - In charge of developing technical proposals and Job Cost Estimates for customers by working with both the Commercial and Operations team to offer the best solution. - Manage Terms & Conditions discussions to make sure GE and customer are both legally covered for projects and work. - Serve as a Primary Commercial Resource for a team of regional sales resources (8 people) and kept up-to-date metrics on all proposals in bidding process through use of SalesForce.2nd Rotation: Evansville, IN - Repairs Specialist (March 2016 - Oct 2016) - Operated as a repairs specialist resource for motors, generators, and switch gear for the Commercial and Operations team. - Created Commercial resources to improve sales managers hit/win rates with regional customers and identified key customers for commercial team to target.1st Rotation: Charlotte, NC - Field Service Engineer (Aug 2015 - March 2016) - Worked as a Field Service Engineer, working on-site projects and outages for regional customers, including preventative maintenance and service of electrical distribution equipment, as well as installation and commissioning of new equipment.
