Manage the planning, practicing and execution of liturgical music for weekly and special services for four ensembles serving a community of approximately 400 families. Coordinate with religious leaders, choir participants, instrumentalists and lead vocalists to ensure the needs of the congregation and ministry are met. This often includes scheduling and arranging for outsourced specialized musicians. Requires significant organizational, interpersonal and communication skills as well as a great deal of energy and creativity.
