CurrentClient Onboarding: Coordinate with CSMs and Sales to ensure seamless integration of projects onto the OIQ CIP according to SLAs. SME for new project onboarding.Quality Assurance Oversight: Conduct QA/QC for both internal and external OnsiteIQ CIP data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.Data Pipeline Management: Collaborate with the Engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues.Operational Efficiency: Lead initiatives to improve the efficiency and reliability of QA/QC processes, reducing integration times. Create SOPs and train teams. Equipment Management: Oversee the inventory and logistics of 360-degree camera gear, including requests for new kits, returns, and RMAs.Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct audits to ensure equipment status and availability.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with the Business Ops Lead to optimize workflows in SalesForce and partner with the Product team on camera tech development and R&D efforts.
