Cherokee Construction LLC was founded by Ryan Riggs and Sean Tousley on the basis of providing clients with expertise knowledge of the construction industry, along with top quality projects that exceed the expectations from start to finish, therefore ensuring client satisfaction along with a lifetime relationship. One of our most important attributes is our commitment to our work, as well as our client. Cherokee Construction provides a diverse range of services, including new construction, renovations, and expansion within the commercial and residential sector. We self perform our own concrete, rough and finish carpentry, tile, drywall, and glazing as well as various other services. This allows us to maintain the level of quality control that we emphasize in our work, as well as an adherence to schedule. At our jobsites, safety is number one! We ensure accident prevention by analyzing all potential hazards and concerns before we step foot on the jobsite. This ensures the safety of all Cherokee Construction employees, as well as other subcontractors and visitors. We believe in a comprehensive design build team approach. This insures that the personnel involved in the planning are intimately involved in the construction of the project.
