As someone who likes to stay busy, work hard, and challenge myself, I am constantly looking for new ways to not only improve myself but to develop and empower those around me. I consider myself to be a leader and enjoy any opportunity I get to work in team settings to accomplish an end goal. I have over 10+ years of Construction Management experience and received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas State University with heavy concentrations in Construction Technology, Business Administration, and Mass Communication. With in depth experience in project and people management coupled with my well rounded education I am able to adapt to and overcome any issues that may arise in a corporate setting and communicate those plans effectively to co-workers, stakeholders and other entities. I have experience in single family, multi-family and commercial construction among other areas. In short, I will look for creative and efficient solutions to solve problems while empowering those around me on a daily basis.Every day I show up with a work hard, play hard mentality. When I'm not giving 100% at my job M-F, you can find me traveling across Texas with the Ryan Ross Band. I am an established singer/songwriter who has been playing music for over 15 years. The Ryan Ross Band has performed at some of the biggest events and venues across the state of Texas and beyond and has been privileged to work with some of the most established names in the Country Music industry. This is not just a "band". I find myself responsible for all operating aspects including: Social Media Marketing, logistics, contractual negotiations, accounting, payroll, technical production and much more which has given me practical skills that can be applied to the business world in a variety of applications. I work hard and like to encourage those around me by helping to create a supportive and enjoyable work environment.
