Manage and assist with negotiating Oil & Gas Lease terms, clauses, and provisions to maintain legal obligations for the drilling of Oil and Gas wells. Manage Leases, Surface Agreements, and Pipeline Right of Ways during the production cycle of wells after drilling while the wells are producing. Use AutoCAD Map3D to map leaseholds, pipelines, base maps of Counties and Parishes with combining Tobin Data for research purposes. Directly work with and interact with Land Owners, Working Interest Owners, Vendors, Surveyors, and the Texas Railroad Commission through the process of the pre drilling of wells, through the production of a well, and the plugging and abandonment of a well. Other duties performed were overseeing AFE’s for proposed well work, working with Joint Operating Agreements between multiple companies, maintaining and logging oil and gas production, and filing and recording documents with the county’s clerks’ office and court houses. The construction documents worked on included floor plans, electrical plans, cabinets and section sheets, elevations, roof plans, framing sheets, option sheets, and detail sheets. Also used land and subdivision plats to map plot plans, foundations, neighborhoods, and surveys which included using detailed meets and bound calls from surveyors to accurately display Geospatial and mapping information.
