I have 18 years of customer service experience. Extensive sales experience including multiple local and regional sales records at the time of employment. I am self motivated, but work well in team settings. I have extensive Microsoft Suite program knowledge especially with Microsoft Excel including macros and pivot tables. I am a critical thinker who can be very data driven and see patterns in empirical data, while also being very creative in my solutions when faced with complex problems. I am currently teaching myself Python as well as SQL to add additional tools to my toolbox, and aspire to transition into a programming position once my proficiency is at the desired level.
