KEY RESPONSIBILITIES •Oversight for the Surfaces division with involvement in developing and implementing the sales strategy for the flooring and countertop classes of trade. •Direct account management responsibility for trade professionals and retailers promoting our product. •Creation and execution of business unit strategies and collaboration with other functional leaders to achieve Company goals. •Monitor and track performance for the surfaces division while anticipating and proactively managing trends and changes in performance. •Consistently drive point of sale data at the store level while working with retailers to implement new programs. •Manage and engage in all facets of the sales lifecycle for key accounts, which include, calling on major accounts, influencing customers, and closing sales. •Mentor and develop our sales staff to foster a challenging and rewarding work environment while developing a robust pipeline of internal talent.

Providing additional showroom material to customers and scheduling appointments. Determining products, styles, colors, and other materials and providing price estimates.
