● Provided sole contractor Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) on a program by building the initial matrixand configuration baseline, researching and developing parts lists, and submitting the data forassignment into the Navy databases.● Provided sole contractor ILS support on a Navy Joint High-Speed Vessel program delivering tenvessels, researching equipment, allocating parts, inspecting the equipment, and redlining drawings.● Provided lead contractor support for a cooperative effort in which a pre-existing program of overfifteen systems required paring down and reconfiguration to fit the needs of a new customer,working with engineers and project leads to ensure requirements were met.● Analyzed documentation and drawings to develop outlines for formulating allocation packages,comprising all major components and field-replaceable parts.● Contacted manufacturers and distributors for equipment information, and researched equipment todetermine availability, projected support and life expectancy of the item(s), and technicalspecifications.● Facilitated physical configuration audits to visually inspect equipment and verify data to ensure thatthe engineering drawings matched the equipment build and all nomenclature was present andaccurate.● Interfaced with engineers, project leads, technical documentation staff, and customers to maintainand continuously improve ILS efforts by developing and maintaining program documentationoutlining delivery expectations and configuration management solutions.● Helped implement a tracking initiative for three Navy programs for End-of-Life items to anticipatethe lifecycle and manufacturer support end dates, and identify Form, Fit, Function replacements.● Provided equipment allocation support, configuration management, and maintenance functions formultiple Navy Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) and CoastGuard programs at SPAWAR.
