My name is Ryan Simmons and I am a Sheffield Hallam University Graduate with First Class Honours in Computer Networks. I have previously studied an OCR Level 3 Cambridge Technical Extended Diploma in IT at North Notts college and achieved a Distinction*.I have worked hard on the National Citizen Service program both as a participant and member of staff (team mentor/leader). I have gained great experience in communication, time management, organisation, team work, team leadership and first aid.I have a year of experience as an IT Help Desk Analyst at SPS Technologies. My university placement gave me a great understanding for what type of work is available for me and my potential. Throughout this year of experience I worked hard to fulfil the professional requirements expected from the British Computer Society and as such became a Registered IT Technician.I thoroughly enjoy anything within IT and have built my own custom computer within my spare time, I also enjoy giving friends and others help and information regarding anything IT based.I have past experience in programming languages such as PHP, HTML and SQL scripting.I am now an archaeologist after completing the MOLA Archaeology Traineeship. I have experience in both urban and rural archaeology for a total of 10 months so far.My personal interests include, vinyl records, history, science fiction, retro computers and consoles.
