This is a self run business that as of 2 years ago I run with my wife. My job includes generating new clients, marketing myself to dance studios to offer adult group lessons, and private lessons.I'm in charge of planning classes, marketing online to get more clientele, and instructing small to large classes in body mechanics, safety and movement quality. With a background in professional ballet and social dance, I have fought in multiple States and countries and am sought after for this cross conversion of styles.

I personally manage our sales team that covers the entire Washington area. Duties include setting lead appointments with our clients, advance customer service to solve issues when they come up, device contracts and financing for new and current accounts.I am responsible for initial training, and continued training of new and between representatives, as well as running district sales and product meeting. Included is setting sales goals and and recruiting for our office, marketing and consultants staff.

MCing and wedding coordinator for client run weddings.Responsibilities include meeting with clients before hand, going over details and providing a coordination plan for wedding events, as well as advising on schedule.
