As a Condition Monitoring Technician, I apply monitoring, sampling and testing techniques to gather Asset Health data.I interpret the data in accordance with set parameters to determine potential asset defects and escalate accordingly via SAP.This role requires me to perform the following testing techniques: Vibration Analysis, Lubrication (oil analysis & technical support), Ultrasonic Thickness Testing of conveyor belts, Thermography of Idlers, Pulleys & Drives, Non Destructive Testing (NDT) of various pieces of equipment.

Reporting and ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with procedures and relevant standards. I worked at various sites throughout WA in both Mining & Oil & Gas Industries.
