• Determine staffing needs in regards to hiring, termination, and rotation of positions• Direct staff and implement processes to ensure effective utilization of resources and office growth• Collaborate with team leaders, AGM's, and other GM's within the department and cross departmentally to strategize how to increase revenue and problem solve issues• Monitor and follow up with individuals to support and encourage performance, to achieve individual/team goals• Generate leads, make calls, quote new business, and provide the tools and resources in order to increase company profits• Train, develop, and measure performance to maximize each persons' potential • Maintain up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends, and government regulations to ensure the office is always in compliance• Create a positive and energetic atmosphere to increase productivity, and encourage a fun work culture
