• My role as a Technical Consultant at Panaseer consists working with our customers to deploy and configure the Panaseer platform. Support customers throughout their lifecycle with specific responsibility for:
• Contributing to project delivery planning by identifying customer priorities and goals
• Identifying and removing technical roadblocks
• Supporting customers during their validation phases
• Demoing and presenting technical ideas and product functionality
• Becoming a subject matter expert to support customers

• On a daily basis I work with large data sets across two BT estates. Currently I am supporting multiple functions within the business by providing MIS to support strategic directions, such as projects lead by debt.
• Defining data categories, accuracy, completeness, and validity. Identifying potential errors or breaches through control traps and reporting accordingly
• Audit reporting, underpinning successful regulatory and compliance outcomes
• Attend regular conference calls / meetings with senior stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding and define requirements and key metrics

• Work with large data sets
• Use SQL daily to manipulate data and provide reports for customers
• Timely escalation of issues to technical consultant manager
• Undertake regular review of existing data feeds and processes in line with support requirements and compliance
• Manage good working relationships with onshore, offshore and 3rd party developers
• Provide technical support for operational and business improvement teams, e.g. Fault resolution

• Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure to meet daily deadlines for the processing of special payments from authentication to final authorisation
• Process up to 200 CHAPS, BACS, international and cheque payments via internet banking on a daily basis
• Prepare high value cheques (50K+) for authorisation, before distribution to customers
• Process high priority payments such as; complaints, treasury payments, goodwill gestures, critically urgent payments
