My role as a Technical Consultant at Panaseer consists working with our customers to deploy and configure the Panaseer platform. Support customers throughout their lifecycle with specific responsibility for: • Contributing to project delivery planning by identifying customer priorities and goals • Identifying and removing technical roadblocks • Supporting customers during their validation phases • Demoing and presenting technical ideas and product functionality• Becoming a subject matter expert to support customers• Support product upgrades and updates on client environments • Working with customers at all stages; proof of concept, implementation, onboarding and adoption • Identifying and fixing issues with customer deployments • Developing cybersecurity metrics, analysis and visualisations for clients based on their requirements • Working with technologies such as Hadoop, Git, NiFi and Unix / Linux environments • Interacting with the wider Panaseer team to incorporate requirements into the product roadmap Skills and Experience • SQL and familiarity with data analysis methods • Deploy and configure a technical product to suit client requirements • Problem solving skills to identify root causes and propose fixes to technical issues • Ability to prioritise and organise tasks • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work in teams and independently as required

On a daily basis I work with large data sets across two BT estates. Currently I am supporting multiple functions within the business by providing MIS to support strategic directions, such as projects lead by debt, products, fraud and governance. I use my data analysis skills to spot wider business process-failures or potentially fraudulent activity. As a data analyst I have learned to constantly challenge the way code is written to improve performance and quality through continuous improvement. • Defining data categories, accuracy, completeness, and validity. Identifying potential errors or breaches through control traps and reporting accordingly • Audit reporting, underpinning successful regulatory and compliance outcomes • Attend regular conference calls / meetings with senior stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding and define requirements and key metrics
