I am an entrepreneur searching to acquire and operate a business with $5M-$15M in sales annually. I oversaw daily operations of a group of residential rehabilitation facilities serving patients with traumatic brain injuries & developmental disabilities. I led an operations team of 400+ employees, opened new facilities and grew our business operating revenue >20% each year. I enjoyed developing and managing a team of 3 operations directors and 12 senior managers. In addition to operational responsibilities, I drove the financial performance, quality, customer experience and growth initiatives in our 10 facilities & residences across two states.

I managed financial reporting, analysis and performance of DaVita Medical Group’s 85 primary care & multi-specialty healthcare clinics in Nevada. I worked alongside our market CFO and executive team to develop the annual operating budget and quarterly forecasts for our 1600 employee, multi-million dollar business unit. I also partnered with executives and directors of each division to plan, execute and measure strategic initiatives such as increasing clinic productivity, streamlining receivables collection and managing 3rd party vendor contracts. These efforts reduced expenses and improved operating cash flow by 19%.

I managed day-to-day operations of 4 dialysis clinics in the region with 80+ teammates and $20+ million in annual revenue. As the general manager of these clinics, I reduced our labor costs by 27% over the course of the year by optimizing patient scheduling and managing overtime. I also focused on improving patient experience by driving on-time treatments and clinical outcomes. I led recruiting, hiring and training of new managers, nurses and technicians of the region. In addition, I conducted growth and strategic planning for the area, including financial modeling and analysis for building, site selection and operating new clinics.

I started a company to produce, market and sell a new line of Freely brand electric scooters. I managed contract manufacturing of the scooters overseas, oversaw shipment delivery and worked with distribution partners, retailers and online channels to sell the product in California, Oregon and Washington. I managed a team of sales reps and conducted marketing campaigns to promote Freely’s product line through online advertising, direct-mail and product demos.see less

I managed manufacturing production levels, inventory count and delivery schedules for two of the company’s top selling cancer drugs in the US and China market. I also served as a project manager for the stage II construction and capital expenditure of a new $300 million biotech production facility.
