Used - DTO with JSON, developed handshake authentication, UUID, various plugins integrated such as, Local Storage and http, UI design. SVN - Committed via SVN.Hackathon - Worked a little with Java with a HTML video player front-end. Cross-Platform testing. Interpersonal Skills:Adaptability - Working abroad in a new country had its challenges because I wasn't sure what to expect but I quickly settled in by pushing myself out of my comfort zone and made memories by exploring the Alps and hiking with friends. Resilience - My international experience taught me the value of self-motivation and resilience. Overcoming language barriers and cultural differences required a high level of perseverance, and this personal growth has been instrumental in my professional success.This experience has instilled a heightened determination to achieve my future aspirations. As an Innovation Analyst, I explored how the business operates and produced ideas that will benefit the business. I identified a issue within the beer club, which was like a monthly subscription product. I explored a solution and recommended using Shopify as a solution to hold the beer club. The solution has been implemented is currently working on the business website.I also won the Most Innovative Idea Award 2022 from Innovation Enterprise Zone with the UK Government.

In some scenarios the customer did not speak English and I had to act efficiently to understand their problem.• Teamwork – Having worked at Sainsburys for 3 years, I encountered a lot of problems where we had to work together to make sure workload could be completed before deadlines. During the Covid-19 ‘Panic buying’, we had to remain positive, professional, and to adapt to the crisis we made sure high demand stock would be displayed first. • Time Management – I made sure I got all my work done before deadlines. Occasionally I had enough time to help others complete their work. • Problem solving – I got taught how to use various features on a handset. The features I learned stock count, stock rotation, and disposing of products. I got familiar with the stock count and identified an error with some of the stock.
