Manage a portfolio of private infrastructure assets (currently 6% of the overall trust) for a Texas state pension plan. The portfolio invests through funds, co-investments, and direct investments across a variety of sectors, geographies, and risk-return profiles. • Since joining in 2017, grew commitments by $2.4 billion and NAV by $1.9 billion• Underwrote and invested in over 40 funds and co-investments over 7 years• Invested across renewable and conventional power, transportation and logistics, midstream, social, and digital infrastructure in both developed economies and growth markets• The portfolio has been focused on co-investments, direct investments, and unique opportunities to optimize sector and geographic exposures and drive cost and economic efficiencies, including seeding new managers and ventures.

Built financial models and analyzed projects in the Financial Analysis department for one of the leading developers of transportation infrastructure in the world. • I-66 Express Lanes (VA): Submitted the bid for the DBFOM of the I-66 express lanes outside of Washington, DC. Performed the analysis for Cintra’s equity stake and the raising of >$1 billion of external debt. Consortium named preferred proponent and Commercial Close occurred December 2016; construction is complete and operational.• I-77 HOT Lanes (NC): Submitted the successful bid, achieved Financial Close raising $289 million of debt, and sold down a partial equity stake to several investment funds.• Portsmouth Bypass (OH): Submitted the unsuccessful bid, Cintra’s first availability payment project in the United States, in a highly competitive process• North Tarrant Express (NTE) segments (TX): Supported analysis for commercial negotiations and financings of multiple NTE segments
