Covered portions of TX, Louisiana, Mississiappi, and Alabama. Primiary responsibility was to be the direct liasion between area franchisees and the Corporate Office.

Start up company. Started as Field Consultant and then worked way to Vice President of Operations. Opened over 100 stores in 10 years. Oversaw all aspects of local franchise company operations/Development. Experience in franchise sales, site selection, equipment ordering, construction of restaurant, P & L once opened, oversaw 17 plus employees and owned a Subway Restaurant during this period.
