Job Summary:The Operation Manager's primary responsibility is to aid the Club Owners and Vice President of Operations, (VP) in all club operations to ensure an exceptional member experience, turning all members into net promoters. In addition, this position will be accountable for leading the Front Desk employees with continuous assistance, training, and development.Essential Job Functions:Partner with the VP to decrease club turnover by Hiring, Motivating, and Developing staff members to create an exceptional working environment.Create and manage the front desk schedule while keeping payroll hours in line.Hold staff, inclusive of front desk, internal trainers and independent trainers accountable to policies and procedures. Provide constructive coaching in a timely manner.Work side-by-side with staff, shadowing and supporting through weekly supervision.Provide backup support for staff as necessary.Take responsibility for operational tasks such as Inventory Management, Supply Ordering, Payroll, and Membership Audits, etc.Perform daily Sales tasks along with maintaining the CRM.Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.Ensure proper onboarding of all Team Members Make certain the Facility is in an impeccable state through supervision of staff and management of vendor relations.Assist the VP in all areas of the business as well as adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures , (SOP's) across all departments.
