Making sure that testers are assigned tasks that match their skills while keeping them engaged and testing efficiently. Being a communication resource between Developers and testers.Creating and updating Multiplayer test plans (i.e. maps, modes, functionality) as the project changes. Overseeing regressions list creation and assignments to allow our team to keep current issues at the top of the bug workflow.

Test builds looking for issues that can cause problems for end users. Develop and run test plans that bridge the gap between Developer needs and QA requirements. Was put in charge of console testing ( i.e creating package builds, running build smokes, and making sure consoles were using current updates).
