I lead the operations for the Field and Partner Marketing Ecosystem team worldwide, focusing on measuring increasing the business impact of Marketing and ensuring the team has the tools and strategies necessary to excel in their respective specialties. This includes executive briefing and business review preparation, budget planning and management, team interlocks and best practice sharing, and close collaboration and product management of our data analytics and reporting tools.

Led operations for the North America Field Marketing organization including: · Building a KPI and Metric frameworks to measure and improve our impact · Formalizing and communicatign operational processes around budget, results, marketing activity strategy, planning, and execution across all of North America (>400 activities yearly influencing over 1B in revenue) · Implementing and track against goals for engagement, revenue impact, and event registration for over 500 marketing activities each yearOrchestrating worldwide operations strategy and planning across Field Marketing

I led a series of weekly deep-dives covering a wide variety of data-based topics from across the 100+ person team. Data discussed ranged from engagement and pipeline results to customer intelligence to budget allocation. Discussions focused on how our team can continuously learn and improve how they are driving business outcomes. Prep included aiding presenters to hone narrative structure, data investigation, and visualization. My role also included holding quarterly reviews for foundational budget items using Hive9 and Excel. Other responsibilities included designing new operational processes, consulting stakeholders, and formalizing new metrics frameworks demonstrating business impact.

During my time as an intern in Product Marketing, I collaborated closely with product marketing managers in the cloud infrastructure business unit to develop effective go-to-market strategies for various cloud-enabled products and solutions. My role involved generating a range of sales enablement materials, demand generation campaigns, and content-based marketing assets tailored for highly technical audiences. I liaised with the product management and global sales teams to ensure that the information conveyed accurately represented the value of NetApp products to our clients. I completed my internship during the Summer of 2019 and through the 2nd year of my MBA program at CU Boulder (Leeds).

As an Automation Engineer, I was tasked to design, build, and maintain a new framework from the ground up for testing Broker APIs used by TicketNetwork and third-parties to manage sales and accounting for our industry leading Point-of-Sale software. In addition, I worked in tandem with the development team to assure that the APIs and underlying ETL service captured all useful functionality that a ticket broker would need to manage their business. I led a small team of manual and automation testers and set the precedent for excellence in both reducing risk by identifying and accurately conveying bugs to the developers and consulting user experience faults. We had a unique perspective as before release our team had the most hands on experience using, manipulating, and building the API calls into our automation framework structure. The success or failure of the semi-monthly releases relied on our ability to ensure that the software was risk-free and functional from a technical and business standpoint

• Led a small testing team for a business critical multi-faceted web application project from its inception• Planned, designed, implemented and maintained an automated test suite for 10+ APIs• Coordinated with and advised other projects on software usage and technical/business needs

As a TA, I co-led weekly study and review sessions that averaged around 20 students throughout 15 week semester course. In addition, I created supplemental lecture, review, and study preparation material to compliment the course to better serve students. I graded all weekly labs, projects, and homework assignments for 40 students with average 2 day turn-around time. Finally, I met with the professor biweekly to discuss sessions, identify struggling students to provide additional help, and judge the course load and overall class progress to ensure objectives were accomplished and to maximize learning opportunities.

• Acted as lead technical resource for executive team, including set-up of computers and networks for 3 camps, efficient process flows, project management, applying lessons learned from one camp location to the next, back up and archival of information, multiple presentations, and liaison between students, parents, and staff throughout the camp• Organized the Family Showcase to summarize the experience for family by presenting an overview of the class and providing individualized diplomas to each student highlighting his or her strengths• Fostered a fun and safe learning environment for 50+ students ages 10 - 17

• Instructed 8 students ages 10 - 17 in Java, C++, and Scratch by introducing the language and providing hands on application• Independently created, developed, and implemented age and skill appropriate level lesson plans for a variety of languages• Managed parent expectations by showcasing student work and through regular, oral and written communication• Ensured all students met established curriculum goals through evaluations and independent sessions when necessary

• Served as 1 of 4 Lead Counselors who independently organized and directed the Dallas location camp with full autonomy• Created lesson plans to instruct 8 students ages 7-14 on iOS application development utilizing GameSalad software• Aided campers in producing working and useful applications viable and productive in an environment beyond the camp
