-Coordinate, Supervise, and manage assigned construction projects from $10,000-$10,000,000.-Use AutoCAD and Revit to maintain and update CAFM system-Review and analysis bids and select the most qualified contractors. -Verify invoices against PO's and work-in-place.-Track and manage construction budget for assigned projects-Review shop drawings, as-built records, and field dimensions as it relates to projects-Coordinate construction impacts and shutdowns to be communicated with stakeholders as necessary to ensure safe and timely delivery.-Assist with oversight on the design process, budget and estimate generation, value engineering, construct-ability reviews, scheduling, and bidding for corporate construction projects. -Punch lists, Staff Moves, FF&E, Warranty Items and turn-over.

Manage the day to day operation of the Flatwork Division including:-Scheduling -Manage & Control Assistant(s) daily responsibilities-Oversee paperwork processing and billing-Inventory Control-New Hires, Crew Structures & manpower forecasting-Systems and Policies-Promoting Safety at all times

Ibberson District-Design, draft & detail structural steel, concrete, reinforcement, mechanical, dust control, temp. structure and general arrangement drawings for design-build construction projects -Help train and teach less experienced draftspersons and CAD operators; review drawings and give responsible advice to team members where applicable.-Assist project leader with material take-offs, reviewing of contractor and vendor submittals, maintenance of project drawing list, master drawing stick set, project engineering documentation file-Perform site inspections on projects up to $130,000,000
