I restructured the NESDIS Office of the Assistant Administrator Correspondence Manual, which included updating correspondence procedures and guidelines; office style guide; signature blocks; templates for memos, letters and briefing papers; and the correspondence points of contact list. I also created a new instructional document for the WebCIMS tracking system and a short abbreviations and acronyms reference list, and added all correspondence materials to NESDIS Intranet site.
