- Hired and managed seven full-time, paid Field Directors; setting goals and organizing GOTV efforts for our successful effort to flip the State House and State Senate for the first time in 136 years.- Formulated vote goals and vote weights for 30+ target State House and Senate districts and two nationally targeted Congressional races in order to narrow the focus of the organization and allocate resources to target districts and areas.- Administered statewide voter targeting, voter identification and Get-Out-The-Vote push – including over 850,000 calls made, over 150,000 doors knocked, and over 75,000 new republican ID’s gained – improving voter turnout by an average of 9% in our targeted districts.

Responsible for a successful grassroots program in AL-2. Recruited and managed more than 200 volunteers that were able to make over 70,000 phone calls and knock over 10,000 doors during the three months leading up to Election Day. Organized a 12 day GOTV organizational chart that included daily goals and an area of responsibility to five paid staffers.
