Serves as the Operations Officer, Operational Test Support Officer, and Military Analyst, supporting Test and Evaluation, Network Integration Evaluation (NIE), Army War fighter Assessment (AWA)/ Joint War fighter Assessment (JWA) for New Systems Training and Integration Division (NSTID). Responsible for generating and reviewing test support documentation, decision briefings, intelligence architectures, System Training Plans (STRAP) and program status updates. Supports all test and evaluation related meetings with outside agencies to include, Operational Test Readiness Reviews (OTRR), Test and Evaluation Working Integrated Program Team meetings (T&E WIPT), planning meetings, monthly and quarterly in process reviews. Interface and coordinate with external organizations to develop NSITD test and training requirements. Provide solutions and recommendations to difficulties encountered with various projects, tests, and or training support. Responsible for conducting test support training to all incoming NSTID personnel. Responsible for weekly update briefings to the Director and staff. Manages, tracks, and updates directorate tasking’s, briefings, and reports.

Serves as the Senior Intelligence Warrant Officer in the Brigade Combat Team; manages, maintains, and supervises the maintenance and logistical support for six highly complex intelligence collection and processing systems throughout the brigade.DCGA-A, IPC-2, Trojan SPIRIT, TGS, DTSS-L; GWS, PROPHET Enhanced, CDSS, GBS, OSRVT, Intelligence Architecture, System Administration, Network Administration.

Developed, managed, and maintained multiple versions of DCGS-A training material. Supervised the DCGS-A Army Training Team consisting of 47 NCOs and 14 contractors. Served as a COR. Assisted in the development of the Systems Training Plan (STRAP) for DCGS-A v3.1.6SP2. Served as the senior maintenance training developer, developed a way ahead for DCGS-A maintenance. Worked closely with the TRADOC Capabilities manager (TCM) System Processing to develop and incorporate DCGS-A training into the 35T school house as well as development of the 35T FSR training plan.

Served as the Test Officer for Prophet ES, Prophet EA, TRITON III, Micro DAGR, as well as the RAM OIC for DCGS-A. Developed and implemented a Safety SOP for the directorate, provided safety training for more than 100 personnel within the test directorate. Served as the IEWTD Safety Officer for more than a dozen operational tests.
