 Create, manage and maintain ERP system and SQL database Integrate all of company systems to improve overall operational efficiency Generate top level sales analytics and report through database query Troubleshoot network system, computer hardware and application issues Oversee IT procurement based on requirements and provide installation

 Plan and execute the establishment of the network server room Maintain IT servers and network to ensure information security and performance optimization Assist the ERP project team in gathering internal requirements to create its first ERP system Perform continuous stability test on the new ERP system to ensure it meets the performance requirements Establish asset management system to allow better tracking and management of company IT assets

 Maintain IT network system on a daily basis including emails, files, security, and traffic monitoring Conduct daily network security check and patch any potential security vulnerabilities Ensure procurement of IT assets stay within annual capital budget

 Assist the information chief in assembling and configuring school’s computers Test workstation operating system stability and ensure that it is running efficiently  Respond to IT related support requests and provide solution to resolve the issue Provide school staff with proper IT related trainings and act as main point of contact for IT inquires
