I resolve a variety of criminal and civil disputes. Our court is the busiest magistrate court in Georgia with about 80,000 cases filed per year concerning matters such as Abandoned Motor Vehicles, Dispossessory (Landlord-Tenant) Actions, Small Claims, Garnishments, Weddings/Marriages, Personal Property Foreclosure. Warrant Applications, First Appearance Hearings, Preliminary Hearings and Child Abandonment Warrant Applications. We also provide judicial assistance to the Superior Court and are issue search and arrest warrants 24 hours per day.
