Our court is the busiest magistrate court in Georgia with about 80,000 cases filed per year concerning matters such as Abandoned Motor Vehicles, Dispossessory (Landlord-Tenant) Actions, Small Claims, Garnishments, Personal Property Foreclosure. Warrant Applications, First Appearance Hearings, Preliminary Hearings, and Child Abandonment Warrant Applications. We also provide judicial assistance to the Superior Court and issue search and arrest warrants 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. At Locke Law Firm, I represent people who have been injured and people unfairly convicted of crimes in state and federal courts in Georgia. I have filed appeals in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and all Georgia appellate courts. I regularly appears in the Georgia Supreme Court to appeal murder cases. For my injured clients, I have recovered millions of dollars from negligent drivers and property owners.At Emory Law, I am an adjunct professor for the Kessler-Eidson Program for Trial Techniques, seven days of intensive workshops on trial techniques for all second-year students.
