First Sergeant for the Army's only Civil Affairs Training Company responsible for training Reserve Civil Affairs Programs of Instruction. Ensured coordination with United States Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School training and doctrine. Supervised the administrative and logistical requirements for conducting both classroom and field training of the Civil Affairs Captains Career Course. - Provided subject matter expertise for 168 Civil Affairs officers ensuring they were properly trained for worldwide deployments. - Responsible for the professional growth and mentorship 12 senior level personnel. - Developed a coehisive command that became the predominate mission action team among five commands.

Served as the Senior Civil Affairs Operations Non-Commissioned Officer for an Airborne Civil Affairs Battalion. Supervised the planning, integration, coordination, synchronization and execution of Civil Affairs Plans. Managed operations, air assets and logistical requirements for 55 airborne operations and training exercises over a five year period. Trained, mentored and led 18 subordinate Soldiers throughout multiple sections. - Primary lead for engagements with District Governors of Gerda Serai, Shawk and Waze Zadran focusing on economic and governance development for the key terrain districts of the Zadran Arc in Paktya Province Afghanistan. - Oversaw and coordinated the distribution of humanitarian aid to the Paktya Director of Disaster Assistance ensuring the province was prepared for any emergency management crisis and increased the Director influence throughout the province. - Served as the pay agent and maintained fiduciary responsibility for 5 million Afghani in Commander's Emergency Relief Program funds. - Mentored team working on gender issues and women voting participation within Paktya Province, efforts lead to the first woman owned radio station in the province primarily focused on discussing women's issues receiving laudatory comments from the United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan.
