CaptainUnc Lacrosse Aug 2013 - Apr 2018I am proud to say I am a two-time Captain and D1 National Champion and ACC Champion on the lacrosse team at the University of North Carolina. At the beginning of this record setting season I was voted by my teammates as the one player who best exemplifies our team values; Trust, Passion, Accountability, Commitment, Responsibility. I used these characteristics along with my teammates faith in me to help our team be the first unranked team to ever win a lacrosse National Championship as well as the first 6 loss team to win a National Championship not to mention bringing back the first National Championship to UNC Men's Lacrosse in the last 25 Years. At the beginning of my sophomore year after only being with the program for 1 full year, my teammates named me the hardest worker on the team. I have been so fortunate to be surrounded by amazing people who push my limits everyday and can't wait for my next opportunity to both be challenged as well as to challenge those around me.

I was chosen by the SAAC faculty to lead the “Movember” campaign which reached across 8 different men's sports as well as represented the lacrosse team in the “One Shirt One Body” project, resulting in 44 donated shirts, as well as Relay for Life Athletic Team Board, which raised over $6,000. I assisted on the planning of the Rammy Awards and creation of All Sport music video, which received over 54,000 views.

Head CoachTop Gun Lacrosse Sep 2012 - Aug 2014As a high energy individual I was able to motivated the defense for a rising freshman team that won the Philly Showcase tournament, and were finalists at the Primetime tournament. I gained experience in planing and running practices for rising freshman teams. During one camp I worked with four teams and 60 defensemen, gave recruiting talks for 300 children and teenagers and lead collegiate lifting clinics for 20 teenagers. I used this opportunity to build and maintain relationships with players and their parents which have lasted till this day.
