It’s easy to be a person of integrity when everything’s great, but who are you going to be in tough times?As a Customer Solutions Analyst for Delta Faucet Company, my goal is to be helpful and offer support to those who need it. I answer questions and handle order inquiries for customers or rep agencies, along with product availability, shipping schedules, reporting and meeting customer needs. I love working in my department - we work really hard but we also love to laugh. A lot. We can rally behind each other, and everyone is willing to jump in and help solve problems. Help is always there.I describe myself as passionate, animated, considerate …a go-with-the-flow kind of person. I’m passionate about my work, but I’m also passionate about my kids, and I’m very passionate about all kinds of food. Once I’m in the kitchen, my creative juices flow. One of my favorite things to do is to go eat out at restaurants or food trucks, and then go home to replicate the recipes.Because my dad was in the military, I’ve lived in lots of places, including Germany, Virginia and Kansas. I’ve traveled all over Europe, and as a result, I picked up a unique ability to mimic accents. I also happen to know a little of sign language, well enough to carry on basic conversations.Being around people and feeding off their energy makes me thrive, which is why I love working for Delta.
