As Senior Vice President in the San Francisco office, Ryan brings significant real estate transaction experience to Colliers International. He represents clients in the disposition and acquisition of Multifamily Properties throughout the greater Bay Area and Northern California, with a focus on Private Clients.Mr. Wagner has performed over 70 multifamily dispositions throughout the Bay Area with an aggregate dollar amount of over $800 Million. Ryan’s transaction list includes properties from 10-200+ units, and he has closed over $140 Million in sales in the last 18 months.Prior to arriving at Colliers, Ryan worked with a leading Bay Area commercial real estate company where he was promoted to Senior Associate within the first 6 months of his career.Ryan graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Architecture & Landscape Architecture.

As a Vice President at Arroyo & Company, Ryan worked with a team of brokers on the disposition of mid-size (40-100 units) apartment properties in the Bay Area, Sacramento and Central Valley.

Ryan worked as an associate in partnership with the CEO of the largest Multifamily broker in the Bay Area. During this time, Ryan worked as an analyst and broker, advising on some of the largest multifamily transactions throughout California.
