For 12 years, I wore many different hats including Sr. RF Engineer, Engineering Manager, Trainer, Sales Eng., Project Manager, and Estimator which helped to develop DAS Simplified from a startup division to a successful standalone subsidiary. Some accomplishments include:*Creating the first prefabricated neutral host distributed antenna system product that can be shipped anywhere in the US.*Working on the team that helped to build the new Climate Pledge arena.*Designing the emergency responder radio system for the Husky Stadium renovation at the University of Washington. (Others can be found under Experience)I have a stellar command of integrating complex multi-channel radio systems’ signals from locations/distances onto a single antenna system involving uplink/downlink balancing and noise mitigation. I have been influential in the design of in-building antenna systems in highly challenging environments including cleanrooms, silicon chip fabrication facilities, correctional facilities, sports stadiums, hydroelectric dams, underground utility tunnels, RF shielded environments like SCIF spaces, saferooms, medical imaging facilities, and faraday cages.I solve complex problems by imparting expertise and a bit of humor. I’m a hard worker who is deadline-driven, teachable, and quick to learn. I am an innovator at heart but have strong “builder” tendencies that help get things done. You can count on me to excel at seeing the whole picture and visualizing how a system works (should work) and how it will affect other systems. I quickly spot flaws and have a knack for figuring out how things work and how to improve them. People describe me as patient, clever, honest, innovative, fair, kind, helpful, a tad sarcastic, and funny.
