Led a small team and managed financial planning and analysis for complex federal contracts as part of a group with 300 inside sellers and 80 outside sellers. Ensured contract renewal and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Role entailed extensive FP&A, financial modeling, and work in Salesforce.

Charged with analyzing and forecasting days of sales outstanding (DSO) revenue that would touch Dell America’s bank accounts over the course of a quarter.

Led 2 teams with a head count of 12 to efficiently manage invoicing and collections process for government agencies. Monitored collections and past- due accounts for civilian agency customer set. Determined policies on written, telephone, and personal follow-up with customers.

Directly involved in the consolidation and reorganization team for international sites. Planned for and analyzed operating expenses and headcount for 6 international call centers with 10,000+ employees. Developed global templates, dashboards, and Excel models supporting $80M care center spend.

Promoted to develop corporate A/R & cash flow model; recognized by Dell treasurer as an innovative solution. Prepared collections cash forecast & collection team goals for 180+ collectors. Reconciled bad debt entries and monthly balance sheet close process. Reported the status of weekly and monthly cash flow to senior management.

Trusted to manage the largest A/R portfolio in Dell, $100M EDS/NMCI account. Built strong relationships with major accounts. Analyzed and processed debit / credit memos, prepared / post cash receipts, reconciled customer accounts, and responded to customer inquiries increasing receivables.
