Associate Client Services Manager, Capital Markets
As an Associate Client Services Manager I would assist clients with SEC filings that involve initial public offerings, stock offerings, mergers and acquisitions. I would help manage the process of highly confidential SEC filings that involved a large working group such as the company filing and the law firms running the transaction. I was responsible for performing onsite training with the different working groups including investment bankers, lawyers, auditors and financial reporting teams. After a first onsite filing there would be 24/7 support and assistance with the customer working group over the next set of filings throughout the IPO process.Part of my responsibility was to manage an internal team of 10 that assists with setting up and formatting documents as well as fielding customer questions when an Associate Client Services Manager was unavailable.
