I am currently pursuing a degree in IT & Informatics with a minor in Digital Communications in Media (DCIM) at Rutgers University, maintaining a 3.4 GPA. I've had numerous experiences working in the IT field, working in various environments at the University level, and K-12 level, along with experience in local government/municipal as well. Some key skills that I've learned over my time in these environments are ensuring excellent customer service, managing a staff body of at least 20 individuals at a time, along project planning on deploying mobile device management and learning system administration as well. I’ve resolved over 500 technical incidents at Rutgers OIT and successfully managed and live-streamed public Town Hall meetings. My technical expertise includes proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, and various development tools like Notepad++, VSCode, and GitHub!
